Swati is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, meeting the accounting requirements of clients’ business. She is a team leader for IFC’s India office, handling bookkeeping and VAT for clients.
Swati started her career in accounting in 2011, where she worked with an accounting firm as an article. During her articleship, she worked as part of a team to fulfill all necessary tasks, including internal audits, report preparation ensuring accuracy and transparency and tax filing.
After completing her articleship, she started teaching accounting to students of Bachelors and Masters of Commerce. It was in 2017, that she decided to take up accounting as a profession and joined a leading company as an accountant. In her position, she checked all outgoing and incoming transactions, making careful records of all sales and purchases for the purpose of financial reporting and GST filing.
Swati’s experience of working with clients has allowed her to gain better understanding of financial aspects which leads to growth of business.

Kashyap Kumar Barnawal, Division Manager in IFC, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He is passionate about learning new things to accelerate his career expertise. He has also completed Strategic Level of CIMA (UK).

Kashyap has over 9 years of progressive experience in finance and taxation with exposure to different industry segments. He has had opportunities to work in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and UAE on various projects ranging from Audit, Accounting, MIS, IFRS, Taxation etc.

Rahul Chitkara, Practice Manager of IFC, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and certified Project Management Professional from PMI (USA).
Rahul is an organized and solution-driven Finance & Tax-technology Professional with high proficiency in team development, people and program management.
Rahul has around 10 years of experience in a multiple client-facing leadership roles across US-Based MNCs and ITeS based corporates, having expertise in business advisory and Tax-Technology practices, covering business processes transition to global hub and re-engineering, VAT/GST system implementation & compliance-advisory and corporate tax strategic planning by successfully delivering global projects in Germany, Austria, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, India & UAE.
Rahul is also a specialist in MA&D restructuring & integration on Integrated ERP solutions (Oracle ERP and Tax Engines), driving change & release management processes and SOX compliance. He is also a finance- related strategic initiator on multiple ERPs and BI tools, managing BCP, DRP and Data Archival strategy, and investment portfolio for IT-Finance.
Rahul is a certified Green-belt Lean Six sigma practitioner helping companies to adopt Six sigma & Lean Quality methodologies including CMM level 5 QMS processes, and formation of business policies & procedures and KPIs development, thus creating a high positive impact on the companies for their sustainable growth.
Rahul has also been actively involved in conducting workshops and awareness sessions on various regulatory compliance topics, ranging from ESR, CbCR and GCC Taxation.
Rahul believes in perseverance and is quickly adaptable to new insights in his professional and personal life. He is married and in his spare times, he loves reading and enjoys movies.

Previously, Rachna has worked 20 years with Barclays in various roles across UK. She was actively involved in training staff to focus on delivering excellent Customer Service. She further received much recognition during her banking career for being able to satisfy all customers especially the disgruntled ones. Rachna has also worked within Sales in the Retail sector where she was consistently recognized for exceeding her targets in the most ethical manner.

He believes in the power of continuous learning and in 2019 completed the following 2 courses from the prestigious Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania – Business Analytics: From Data to Insights and Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program: Scaling your Business. He is also a Certified Mortgage Professional and Financial Advisor from the Chartered Insurance Institute in UK and has been a member of the Society of Finance Advisors in UK.
